1. Washing:
- Use shampoo and conditioner designed for wigs, and avoid products containing sulfates or alcohol.

2. Drying:
- After washing the wig, gently pat it dry with a towel and avoid rubbing to prevent fiber damage.
- Allow to dry naturally, do not use a hair dryer or other heating device to prevent the high temperature from deforming the wig.

3. Combing:
- Use a wide-tooth comb or a special wig comb to avoid excessive force, especially when the hair is wet.
- Start from the ends and gradually comb upwards.

4. Storage:
- When not wearing the wig, store it on a special wig stand or our packaging to maintain its shape.
- Avoid exposing the wig to sunlight or humidity to prevent fading and deformation.

5. Styling:
- If styling is required, use special wig styling products such as wax or spray, and avoid using ordinary hair products.
- Try to avoid using high-temperature styling tools. If you use them, make the wigs suitable for heat treatment.

Approximate Processing Time:
-Usually， it will take us about 1-2 business days to process your order. But if the items you ordered are out of stock, please allow us 7-10 business days to make it. （ It will take us an extra 48 hours to confirm your payment if it is considered to be potentially high-risk. Once on order is ready, you will receive email notification that it has been shipped. We will email you a tracking number, once your order has been shipped.

-Shipping time highly depends on the carrier's distribution networks, local customs inspection, airline arrangement, etc, so the delivery time is not 100% guaranteed. But 90% of parcels are expected to be delivered within the Delivery Time Range.
